Foresight names three to advisory board

Nov. 25, 2003 — The Foresight Institute, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based nonprofit nanotech think tank, has appointed three experts to its board of advisers.

Lawrence Lessig is a professor of law at Stanford University and founder of the school’s Center for Internet and Society. Amory Lovins is a consultant, experimental physicist and chief executive of the Rocky Mountain Institute. C. Christopher Hook is chair of the Mayo Clinical Ethics Council and director of ethics education at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine.
