Research: Put in some interface time

Nov. 11, 2003 — New research from Frost & Sullivan says companies developing nanosensors are looking to develop easy-to-use interfaces between nanoscale devices, microsystems and macroscale products, according to a news release.

Systems and devices that interface easily with one another will do better in end-user markets, the release said. The firm said it expects the world nanosensors market to generate 56,000 units in 2004 and that total market shipments are expected reach 46.1 million in 2010.
