Trio form power management team

November 13, 2003 – Artisan, National Semiconductor, and ARM have agreed to participate in the PowerWise initiative which aims to increase energy efficiency in mobile devices.

The joint project is intended to create a unified approach for SoC low-power design, using National’s PowerWise technology and ARM’s Intelligent Energy Manager technology, with Artisan’s libraries as a reference platform.
