Infineon beefs US presence

December 12, 2003 – Infineon Technologies, Munich, Germany, plans to invest $10 million in its Williston, VT design center and increase the workforce by 40% by the end of 2004. The company plans to make the site a center of development for CellularRAM, a memory technology for mobile communications devices.
