PVA TePla ups US investment

December 18, 2003 – PVA TePla AG plans to acquire an additional 25% ownership in MIMTech LLC, a NJ-based provider of MIM batch furnaces. The deal will give PVA TePla a 50% ownership in the business, which makes furnaces used in sintering injected molded powder metals for electronic parts. Also, the company’s US subsidiaries, TePla America Inc. and PVA USA Corp., will be merged to form PVA TePla America Inc., based in Corona, CA.
