Zyvex names Cellucci president

Dec. 15, 2003 — Zyvex Corp., a Richardson, Texas, supplier of nanotechnology-related tools, products and services, announced that Thomas Cellucci was named president. Cellucci has been chief operating officer since January 2003 and will continue as COO.

The company also announced that Cellucci, Donald DeVito and Malcolm O’Neill have been elected to its board of directors. DeVito is senior vice president of Morgan Stanley. O’Neill is vice president and chief technical officer of Lockheed Martin Corp.

The company said in a news release that the new board members are part of its strategy to provide “flexible, automated manufacturing at ever decreasing size scales.”
