ASMI combining Dutch operations

January 26, 2004 – ASM International, Bilthoven, The Netherlands, is moving the 200mm operations of its subsidiary ASM Europe B.V. to Almere, to join with its 300mm operations online since August 2001. The move, to be completed by April 1, does not affect the holding company’s operations, which will remain in Bilthoven.
