Fujitsu, MoSys deal for 130nm logic

January 27, 2004 – Japan’s Fujitsu Ltd. has licensed 1T-SRAM-Q quad density technology from MoSys Inc., Sunnyvale, CA, for use in Fujitsu’s 130nm logic process. The memory will be used in SoC designs for consumer applications, including digital cameras and video camcorders.
