Mosel Vitelic selling shares

January 5, 2004 – Taiwanese chipmaker Mosel Vitelic Inc. has applied to sell 200 million shares, worth approximately $73 million, in its affiliate ProMOS technologies according to Dow Jones. The company once owned more than a third of its JV with Infineon, but has sold off shares to repay debt, and now owns about 600 million shares.
