Ultra Clean files IPO

January 15, 2004 – Ultra Clean Holdings, parent company of Ultra Clean Technology Systems and Service (UCT), Menlo Park, CA, has filed with the SEC for an initial public offering of common stock. Credit Suisse First Boston will be the book-running manager, with J.P. Morgan Securities as joint-lead manager. UCT designs and manufactures gas and liquid delivery systems for semiconductor process equipment.
