Enthone inks Asia deal

February 9, 2004 – Enthone Inc., West Haven, CT, a provider of specialty chemicals, and Tanaka Kikinzoku Kogyo KK have agreed to distribute precious metal surface treatment chemicals throughout Asia.

Under the deal, Enthone’s JV, Electroplating Engineers of Japan Ltd., will utilize TKK’s distribution channels in Taiwan and Korea, and production facilities in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, Tianjin, and Singapore.
