Infineon expands Dresden facility

February 6, 2004 – Infineon Technologies, Munich, Germany, plans to invest 120 million euro over the next two years into the memory development center at its Dresden location, generating about 120 jobs. The extra capacity will be in a new building to be built by early next year, focusing on memory technologies down to 70nm for 300mm wafers.
