Nanosys adds pair of execs

Feb. 10, 2004 — Nanosys Inc. (Profile, News, Web), a Palo Alto, Calif., developer of nanotechnology-enabled systems using inorganic semiconductors, named Michael Barnes vice president of technology development systems and Matthew Bigge director of corporate development, according to a news release.

Barnes was formerly vice president of engineering and chief technical officer for Applied Materials Etch Product Business Group. Bigge was a co-founder and chief operating officer of MILCOM Technologies.
