Nanya exec to lead Inotera

February 9, 2004 – Charles Kau, executive VP at Nanya Technology Corp., has been named president of Inotera Memories Inc. effective March 1.

Inotera, the JV between Taiwan’s Nanya and Infineon Technologies AG, Munich, Germany, is in the process of building a 300mm DRAM fab in Taiwan.
