The $600,000 grant announced Thursday follows an earlier SBIR contract and incorporates elements from two others. The grant will help the Ypsilanti, Mich.-based firm continue to develop implantable pressure and flow sensors for tailored treatment of chronic diseases, such as congestive heart failure and hydrocephalus, officials said.
