Feb. 19, 2003 — Teravicta Technologies Inc., an Austin, Texas, developer of RF MEMS switches and integrated products, raised $6 million in a second round of funding, according to a news release.
Convergent Investors and Agave Capital, both previous investors, participated in the round.
The company is targeting its RF MEMS components for applications in automated test equipment, instrumentation, military and aerospace and wireless. The second-round funding will be used to complete development and testing of initial products and to move into manufacturing.
