Texas nano group elects new president

Feb. 23, 2004 — The Texas Nanotechnology Initiative has elected Kelly Kordzik president.

Kordzik, chairman of the nanotechnology practice at the Texas-based law firm of Winstead Sechrest & Minick, will work with the initiative’s members to turn Texas into an international leader in the emerging technology. He replaces David Rex, who will continue to serve as a board member.
