Renesas files against Nanya

March 1, 2004 – Renesas Technology Corp. has filed a complaint in Tokyo District Court against Nanya Technology Corp.’s Japan subsidiary, alleging “willful” misuse of two memory-related patents.

The suit follows a similar complaint Renesas filed in the US in December 2003, alleging the Taiwanese DRAM manufacturer violated seven memory-related patents.
