TI raises 1Q forecast

March 9, 2004 – Texas Instruments, Dallas, TX, has narrowed its 1Q04 revenue projections to the higher range of previous estimates: $2.835-$2.950 billion, up from $2.720-$2.950 billion; semiconductor revenue expectations also were raised to the higher end of earlier predictions. Earnings are predicted to be 19 cents-22 cents/share, instead of 16 cents-22 cents/share.
