Dr. Rae has 25 years of experience in the advanced materials field. He was recently elected as the first research director of the National Electronics Manufacturing Initiative (NEMI), an industry-led consortium focused on strengthening the global electronics manufacturing supply chain. As head of NEMI’s newly organized research committee, Dr. Rae organizes and publishes NEMI research priorities, presents those priorities to research institutes, and monitors progress in nanotechnology research.
