Like a host of other wireless companies, ADI is betting that Chinese regulators will issue 3G licenses sometime in the first half of 2005. The Chinese standard, known as Time-Division Synchronous Code-Division Multiple Access (TD-SCDMA), is sure to be a component of at least one of the three or four licenses offered.

Reported net income of $3.3 million or $0.05 per fully diluted share on net revenues of $147.5 million for the quarter ended September 30, 2004.
