Honeywell Acquires Stake in GEM Microelectronic Materials

GEM Microelectronics Materials was formed in 2001 when Mitsubishi and Honeywell combined their wet-process chemicals businesses. The business has annual revenues of $40 million.

(November 16, 2004) Hsinchu, Taiwan&#8212ChipMOS Technologies announces that Mr. Jerome Chao-Jung Tsai was appointed to the company’s Board of Directors, replacing Mr. Min-Liang Chen, who resigned due to time constraints.
