Our businesses are well positioned to build on these positive trends, as reflected in our forecast for double-digit earnings growth in 2005. The Novar acquisition would build on our already strong ACS enterprise, and expand our product offerings and distribution channels, particularly in the U.K. and Germany. Looking ahead, we will continue to grow organically and refine our portfolio, while staying focused on achieving global operational excellence.”
