MagnaChip closes $750M Offering of High-yield Notes

The offering was comprised of US$300 million in aggregate principal amount of floating rate second priority senior secured notes due 2011, currently bearing interest at a rate of 5.78% per annum, US$200 million in aggregate principal amount of 6.875% second priority senior secured notes due 2011, and US$250 million in aggregate principal amount of 8% senior subordinated notes due 2014. The cumulative weighted average interest rate on all of the notes is currently 6.8%.

(December 28, 2004) Teddington, Middlesex, U.K.&#8212The National Physical Laboratory (NPL) will soon begin a new project to investigate the reliability of existing substrates manufactured using a lead-free process. This project will include investigation of the reliability of microvias, non-functional pads, and design/build aspects of the substrate. It will also investigate these substrates in terms of conductive anodic filamentation (CAF) susceptibility.
