Honeywell Appoints New VP and GM for Electronic Materials

Russell joined Honeywell in 2000 from CFM Technologies, a Pa.-based company that manufactures and markets materials, capital equipment, and technology to the semiconductor and FPD industries. He served as director of marketing at CFM, responsible for global sales and marketing plans. He led the company through its transition to 300-mm wafer processing, as well as an eventual merger with Mattson Technologies. Prior to working for CFM, he was business manager in FMC Corp.’s Specialty Chemicals group, responsible for electronic materials and fine chemicals product lines.

(January 27, 2005) Singapore &#8212 STATS ChipPAC announces results for the fourth quarter, which ended December 31, 2004. Following the consummation of the
merger of STATS and ChipPAC, the financial results of ChipPAC from August 5, 2004 are included.
