Feb. 24, 2005 — Semiconductor veteran Alex Oscilowski has joined Sematech, the consortium for the chip industry, as vice president of strategy.

In his new role, Oscilowski will be responsible for helping formulate and implement Sematech’s strategic direction, reporting directly to President and CEO Mike Polcari. He will assist Polcari in coordinating the overall business strategy for the Sematech consortium and its subsidiaries.
