Dage Completes Next Phase of Strategy, Sells Division

In the late 1990s, Dage identified the need for test and inspection equipment to support the burgeoning BGA, CSP, and flip chip packaging markets, and developed a strategy to move the group’s focus to this high-growth segment. Since then, Dage has pursued its strategy through a combination of acquisition, divestment, and product development, and by establishing a global support infrastructure.

(March 14, 2005) Milpitas, Calif. &#8212 LSI Logic Corp. has increased its first-quarter 2005 revenue guidance to a range of $420 million to $435 million. LSI Logic had previously forecasted first-quarter revenue in the range of $400 million to $415 million.
