Georgia Tech Professor Authors Packaging Textbook

(April 8, 2005) Atlanta, Ga. &#8212 Rao R. Tummala, Pettit Chair Professor in Microsystems Packaging at the Georgia Institute of Technology’s (Georgia Tech) Packaging Research Center, and Advanced Packaging Editorial Advisory Board member, has recently authored the industry’s first introductory textbook in microsystems packaging, appropriately titled, Fundamentals of Microsystems Packaging.
