KIC Appoints New European General Manager

Allen brings more than 20 years of experience, having begun as an electronics assembly representative of SMT, semiconductor packaging, and thick film for 12 years. She then came to KIC, where she was the North American sales manager for the last 6 years. During that time, she was the project manager for the VAR Partnership Program, which is comprised of manufacturers of equipment and materials for board and package assembly. She is an ASM member, a past chapter president of both SMTA and IMAPS, and has served as a worldwide speaker on lead-free technology in the thermal process.
