Simpler Networks raises $25 million

April 20, 2005 — Simpler Networks Corp., a Montreal-based developer of MEMS-based system to automate telecom distribution frames, announced it has closed on $25 million in Series B financing.

Highland Capital Partners, Kodiak Venture Partners, Solidarity Fund QFL, BCE Capital and Lothian Partners participated in the round. The company said it will use the funding to accelerate its marketing activities and strengthen its sales efforts in the United States and Europe.
