Net income increased 191% to $11.9 million. Earnings per share on a GAAP basis were $0.25. Pro forma net income was $17.1 million, or $0.36 per share, compared with pro forma net income of $4.9 million, or $0.11 per share. Total intellectual property revenue was $24.1 million, up 122%. Services revenue was $3.8 million, up 67%.

development by participating in the European NAPA (Emerging Nanopatterning Methods) project. This research institution is directing a working subgroup to develop new thermoplastic polymers for applications in nanopatterning and nanolithography.
