Apogee Technology hires CFO

May 16, 2005 — Apogee Technology Inc., a global provider of integrated circuits and an emerging MEMS sensor supplier, named Paul Murphy as its chief financial officer and vice president of finance and treasurer. Murphy’s 25-year career includes positions with Artel Video Systems, UroMed Systems, Xyplex and Lexidata Corp.

Apogee Technology is a fabless semiconductor company that designs, develops and markets silicon based products that incorporate proprietary technologies. Its MEMS division is based in Great River, N.Y.
