Luminetx adds eight members to its board

May 20, 2005 — Luminetx Corp., a Memphis, Tenn.-based biotech company that includes digital imaging, nanotech and wireless technologies in its development and commercialization efforts, elected eight members to its board of directors. They are: Calvin Anderson, vice president of federal and community relations for BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee; Mark Darty, head of North American R&D for global consumer electronics firm Brother International Corp.; Michael D. Easterly, chairman and CEO of Legacy Securities Corp.; Kimble L. Jenkins, a managing director with Morgan Keegan & Co.; Scott Morris, a minister with the Church Health Center; James M. Phillips, president, CEO and chairman of Luminetx Corp.; Edward P. Scott, president and CEO of Lifeblood Mid-South Regional Blood Center; and John H. Trezevant, president and CEO of Trezevant Realty Corp.
