Menomonie, Wisconsin–Phillips Plastics Corporation announced plans to expand the company’s medical manufacturing capabilities with the addition of 5,400 square feet of Class 10,000 clean room molding space. In addition, Phillips is creating 4,500 square feet of clean room space that will be dedicated to assembly. According to Dave Thoreson, Phillips Medical Molding and Assembly Plant Manager, “Phillips has served the medical industry for over three decades, and has been the supplier of choice to manage design through distribution for many of the most respected medical OEM’s in the marketplace. This expansion will allow us to continue this tradition and will provide even more space to serve customers with high volume needs.
