Subsidiary of pSivida adds director

May 16, 2005 — AION Diagnostics Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Australian nanotechnology company pSivida Limited, appointed Jorg Schreiber as a non-executive director. Schreiber recently retired from Roche Diagnostics, where he served as vice president for R&D and special projects in the United States. He joined Roche Diagnostics in 1986 following the merger of Boehringer Mannheim in Germany.
