Intematix moves to Fremont

Aug. 1, 2005 — Intematix Corp. announced the relocation of its corporate facilities to Fremont, Calif. The company said the move is in response to rising demand for phosphors driven by solid state lighting and other industries.

The move will allow the company to increase its production capacity as well as increase its R&D in order to add new phosphors to its portfolio of offerings, according to prepared statements of Intematix CEO Ruediger Stroh. The company says that the key segments driving demand include backlighting, camera flash and keypad products.
