Sensicore raises $12m Series C

Aug. 29, 2005 – Sensicore, an Ann Arbor, Mich., developer of lab-on-a-chip multi-sensor devices for water testing and monitoring, announced it completed a $12 million Series C round of funding.

Ardesta, Firelake Capital, NGEN Partners, Technology Partners and Topspin Partners participated in the round. Ardesta is the founding investor in Small Times Media.

The company said it will use the proceeds to support working capital needs and its growth plan, for market and product expansion, and for automated manufacturing equipment.
