Maddy has held positions with Ford Motor Co., Unisys, United Technologies, Howmet, and SPX Corp., and also was an active contributor in the turnaround and restructuring of Pratt and Whitney. During the past 8 years, he has focused on managing the turnaround of independent manufacturing facilities with sales under $200M. He also has experience in implementing such manufacturing techniques as lean manufacturing, value-stream mapping, supply chain management, and flow production in both union and non-union work environments. His background targets strengthening customer relationships and leveraging the supply chain to include developing manufacturing joint ventures.
