BTU Appoints Asia-Pacific Director of Sales, Relocates Asia-Pacific Headquarters

(January 16, 2006) North Billerica, MA &#8212 BTU International Inc. has named Boris Mathiszik as director of sales for the Asia-Pacific region, and he will be stationed in Shanghai, China. The company also has selected Shanghai as its new Asia-Pacific headquarters; however, BTU’s regional center for Southeast Asia will stay in Singapore.

(January 17, 2006) Tempe, AZ &#8212 The 7th annual Burn-in and Test Socket Workshop (BiTS), to be held March 12–15, 2006, in Tempe, AZ, will provide a gathering for the latest information about burn-in and test socketing, as well as related fields. This workshop targets end users and suppliers of sockets, boards, burn-in systems, handlers, packages, and other related equipment, materials, and services.
