SEMI Opens Call for Nominations for ’06 Akira Inoue Award

(February 24, 2006) San Jose, CA &#8212 SEMI is now accepting nominations for the 2006 Akira Inoue Award for outstanding achievement in environment, health, and safety (EHS) in the semiconductor industry. Presented annually by SEMI, the award’s recipient will be announced during SEMICON Japan in December 2006, and the deadline for submitting nominations is July 28, 2006.
