May 3, 2006 — /MARKET WIRE/ — PRESCOTT, Ariz. — Produce Safety And Security International, Inc. (OTC: PDSC) (“PDSC”), an ozone and chemical sanitation disinfectant process supplier to the food and medical industries, is pleased to announce that the E.P.A. Registered Spherequat®6400, to be used as an industrial cleaner for the beef and poultry industry, will be ready for shipment by the end of May, 2006.

The Spherequat®6400 Biocidal Quaternary will be used in industrial applications with the primary function to clean heavily soiled bio waste from meat and poultry processing equipment and inanimate hard, non-porous surfaces to prepare those surfaces for Produce Safety’s Spherequat®1000 industrial disinfectant-sanitizer.
