Investcorp Technology Ventures, who acquired the Antares package-test business from Kulicke & Soffa in March 2006, is expected to hold majority ownership.

Intel, Philips, Samsung, TSMC, Texas Instruments, and others participate in IMEC’s 300-mm research facilities.
