nScrypt, Inc., released the Model 150 Series of dispensing equipment for conformal dispensing over 3-D surfaces. The series also dispenses on flat surfaces where co-planarity requires controls. It includes a bench-top and a free-standing system, and uses a Smart Pump tool to dispense materials from 1 to 1M cps. Servo-controlled, the pump creates dots or lines with diameters of 50µm and above. The system features tight volumetric control.
