Professor Roger Howe, Stanford University, will open the symposium with “MEMS at the Knee of the Curve,” a look at the past and future MEMS sector. May 16 will host four sessions with professors, analysts, and industry members presenting. On May 17, working groups will present findings for packaging standards in the MEMS sector, and academic research work will be summarized for attendees.
