SUSS Apps Center Opens in Singapore

(May 11, 2007) SINGAPORE &#151 SUSS MicroTec AC opened its Applications & Measurement Center for the Asia-Pacific region. The Singapore center hosts test equipment for wafer test and semiconductor characterization.
