Temasek Increases STATS ChipPAC Holdings

(May 21, 2007) SINGAPORE &#151 Singapore Technologies Semiconductors Pte Ltd., wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings Limited, closed its voluntary conditional cash offer for STATS ChipPAC shares and convertible notes by increasing its holdings to 83.1%.
