Harvard Orders Plasma Processing Systems

(July 5, 2007) NEWPORT, WALES, U.K. &#151 Surface Technologies Systems plc (STS) sold two plasma processing systems to Harvard University’s (Cambridge, MA) Center for Nanoscale Systems (CNS), which focuses on integrating nanoscale components into large, complex, interacting systems.
