August 24, 2007 – Chip equipment subsystems provider Ultra Clean Technology says that its president, Leonid (Leonard) Mezhvinsky, will retire at year’s end, though he will remain a director and assist the transition of responsibilities to a successor, the search for whom will begin “immediately.”
Mezhvinsky was president of the company for 14 months, since it acquired Sieger Engineering last summer, of which he was CEO. “His leadership and experience have been instrumental in integrating Sieger Engineering with the operations of Ultra Clean and in reinforcing a culture of strong operational discipline and management,” said Clarence Granger, Ultra Clean chairman/CEO, in a statement.
