October 31, 2007 — Systron Donner Automotive, a developer of automotive inertial measurement products, has launched a new brand image and interactive Web site that, according to the company, makes “selecting a MicroGyro feel more like shopping for a new car.”
“After 50 years in business, Systron Donner Automotive has overhauled its external appearance, aligning it with the cutting-edge technologies for which it is known,” the company announced in a news release. The company’s quartz MEMS gyro, installed in more than 40 million automobiles, is the enabling technology behind many of the industry’s most reliable active safety systems, such as electronic stability control.
The site’s tech library is available for automotive engineers, providing specification sheets, white papers, applications, and performance data.
“Ours is an intense and competitive industry. Systron Donner Automotive’s new branding, and our Web site in particular, clearly demonstrate our breakthrough approach to minimizing complexity and cost for our customers,” said Chuck Hammond, business development manager for Systron Donner Automotive.
