Nanogate wins 2007 STEP Award for growth companies

November 29, 2007 — Nanogate AG has won this year’s €100,000 (about $148,000)
STEP Award in recognition of the Germany-based nanotechnology company’s innovation and growth.

The STEP Award, given by the F.A.Z.-Institut, Infraserv Hochst and other sponsors, goes to growth companies in fields such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, life science, biotechnolgy, nanotechnology, materials management and renewable energy.

In recent years, Nanogate has developed into a leading international enabler in chemical nanotechnology. As a product enhancer and partner in innovation, Nanogate offers numerous services along the value chain — from development and production of nanocomposites and material systems to strong support for innovation and product integration.
